Justin Timberlake vai ser homenageado no VMA 2013

Justin Timberlake, que irá se apresentar no VMA (MTV Music Awards) deste ano, ao lado de Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Kanye West e Daft Punk, também receberá uma homenagem especial. Será entregue à Justin o prêmio Michael Jackson Vanguard, pelo reconhecimento a todos os seus clipes, desde o elogiado “Suit and Tie” (com Jay Z),  passando por “Rock Your Body” e o sexy e “What Goes Around... Comes Around”. 

O prêmio Michael Jackson Vanguard já foi dado à Madonna, R.E.M., Beastie Boys e ao próprio Michael, com quem Justin fez uma performance lendária no VMA 2001.

O VMA deste ano acontecerá no dia 25 de agosto. Nesta edição, Timberlake é o líder de indicações – Seis, no total, incluindo Clipe do Ano, com “Mirrors”, e Melhor Colaboração, pelo clipe com Jay Z, “Suit and Tie”.
